We used st14 taxis to go to Heathrow airport and found them really reliable on return they were waiting for us no waiting. I would highly recommend them.

Been a regular customer for years but it means nothing to them. Booked last night for 7.45 this morning and they didn't bother to book it. No effort to resolve the situation and now I've missed a 2 hour lecture due to their incompetence! All I got offered was to take me to uni at full price. The boss denied being the boss and said he couldn't do anything without speaking to the boss (himself). If my loyalty and money means nothing keep your so called "service".
Most horrible experience ...Will never use them again. Booked return taxi GBP 170 after Discounts and to my surprise was asked to pay GBP 200 cash by rude driver. Feel cheated...Not even wish to give half star.They will get you to wrong address. After getting into taxi...Get to know AC not working in hot summer ..Most unprofessional.
