Made an order for something to come in to stock. I was told 2-3 days. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Not impressed with this at all
Quick service but not all Assistants seem to know the systems in use. Email recepts are useful. Guarantee of limited use - broken Model no longer available so had to pay a lot more for a similar replacement. Also, not always the cheapest - why not have a 'Price Match' Guarantee?
Very cheerful staff even at a time panic buying for Christmas, well done.
Love the new ordering system. Search for your items on a tablet, choose a word to give to the pay till operator. Before you even pay for the item, its ready for to collect. Excellent, fast service served by friendly staff members.
