Owner of company wasn't very informative when we went into store, had to keep going to him to ask for prices as nothing was labelled up.Fitting: guys fitting carpet were great, despite missing out a hallway, called up to see when they could come back to complete job and I was told they had a more important job on. Came back into store store to settle the bill, owner had a big smile on his face, I asked him how much it would be, considering they took a week to finish the job off, still same price. I asked the owner if he wanted to count the money as it was a large sum and the owner smugly held the money up to his ear while running his fingers through it and said "that's enough"Ruined our repeat business as we won't go back there again.Fitters: 5 starsProfessionalism: 1/2 starShop: 1/2 starOwner: 0 stars!!
Smithfield carpets quoted and fitted new flooring in our toilet facilities at Mayfield Memorial Hall. We had to keep putting them off due to funds becoming available but they were able to still keep their price, and were willing to wait until we were ready. The team were excellent at keeping in touch with us, the quality and professionalism they delivered too was outstanding. Thank you
