I've been using these guys for the last five months, and always had excellent service.
First time I have gone to use this place. Doesn't mention that it is a serviced one, not a self service. Got rudely barked at that all the machines are busy, even though three of them were not and that I would have to come back later. Asked if we could leave our stuff and was curtly told no. Very rude service, will not use, would rather trek to Stafford to use one of the few that are there.
Not very friendly quite ignorant wont be using this place
Didn't realise that it was only a service laundrette, went to put my thing's in the washing machine and thus woman pop's out from the back and asked what I was doing very angrily, first and last time I'll be using this laundrette
Normally take my duvet for a service wash, had good service in the past, but dropped off today9am(Saturday), went to pick up at 2:50pm, but closed, confused, info on yell. Com says close at 5pm on Saturday, on the shop door says 3pm, either way, closed early, so now have to try and collect Monday when have to be at work.
