The rooms are starting to look a bit dated but they are clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was an air conditioning system in the room which made quite a racket. Not ideal for a good night's sleep.
Absolutely loved my stay. Boyfriend took me here as we were visiting Alton Towers which is close by. Lovely clean room with huge bed and very quiet even though right next to the main roads. Ate dinner in the restaurant at the Premier Inn can't remember what I had but couldn't fault the polite service. Also conveniently a few fast food restaurants across the road for early food on the go for the trip home.
What a lovely place. The staff were amazing and very cheerful and polite. The beds are the best we have ever slept in. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The food at the restaurant is beautiful and the drinks prices are cheaper than most pub and restaurants. 3.20 a pint. What more could you want. Then there was the shower. It's one you never want to get out off. Thank you Premier for a memorable stay. We will return.
