And they certainly delivered as promised, in a very efficient, friendly and professional manner. The property needed to be sold quickly and auction was recommended. They were 'spot on' with their advice and guide price. The whole process was owned by John German, from showing people around, liaising with Solicitors, marketing etc, and they attended the actual auction. They provided regular updates along the way.
