Not entirely sure about the above reviews but my experience was friendly and pleasant. I purchased a pair of new work shoes while visiting family the staff where great and found me the paid Loakes i was after. Very Happy

I went in yesterday and was appalled by the staff behaviour. There were about four or five female members of staff stood doing nothing but laughing and it made me not want to look at anything. Would they laugh at my choices? Upon leaving the store, my mother and I both commented on how we felt pushed out and as if they were laughing at us. It's safe to say that I'll be reluctant to return to this store.
